Accurate serving means sending the ball exactly where you want it, to the spots that are hardest for the other team. Let's aim!
Before you serve, pick one exact spot on the other side, like a back corner or the gap between two players. Look at it and say it in your head.

Don't just hope it goes over. Every serve needs a target.
Turn your whole body to face the target. Your front foot points at it and your shoulders are square to it, like a straight arrow.

Your toes are the pointer. Where they point, the ball goes.

Don't face one way and swing another. Line everything up.
Hold the ball in exactly the same spot every time: in front of your hitting hip, at waist height. A consistent ball position makes a consistent serve.

Don't change where you hold the ball from serve to serve.
Swing your hitting arm straight back and then straight forward along the line to your target. Contact the bottom-back of the ball with a firm hand.

Swing on a train track, straight back, straight through.

Don't swing across your body. Sideways swings send the ball sideways.
Keep your arm moving after contact and finish with your hand pointing at your target. Step forward with your back foot as you finish.

Don't drop your arm straight after contact. Point it all the way.
Watch where every serve lands. If it went left, turn your feet a little right next time. If it went short, follow through a bit higher. Small changes make big improvements.
